“Sei” means “six, “E” means “and”, “Mezzo” means “half”: Seiemmezzo = six and a half, 6 1/2, 650 cc. “STR” should be for “street” so apparently the bike comes with street tires instead of the “scrambler” tires shown in some pictures.
